i have a geforce FX 5200
can i play guildwars?
are is my video card to low?

The video card is more than enough. If the rest of your system is as up to date as that, you're fine.

I have a pal that plays this on that card with a 700mghz machine with 256 ram.

He isnt worth much in the big battles but he loves the adventure. So it should work for you with a system more powerful.
